2.What is your energy level like, describe a typical day?
Demonstrate good use of your time, that you believe in planning your day beforehand and review performance to make sure you're reaching desired goals. When ready to quit for the day you've made it a habit to make one more call, ect.

3.Why do you want to work here?
Reply with the company's attributes and cap your answer with reference to your belief this can provide you with a stable and happy work environment and such an atmosphere would encourage your best work .

4.What kind of experience do you have for this job?
The person they will hire will be a problem solver. Level headedness and analytical ability are respected.

5.Are you willing to go where the company sends you?
Play for time and ask "Are you talking about business travel or is the company relocating?" Your answer MUST be yes to secure an offer. You don't have to accept the offer.

6.What did you like/dislike about your last job?
You liked everything about your last job. Say the company taught you the importance of certain keys in your business, achievement and professional profiles. NEVER criticize a former employer.

7.How do you feel about your progress to date?
Be positive. You see each day as an opportunity to learn and contribute, and that you see the environment at this company as conducive to your best efforts.

8.How long would you stay with the company?
"I would really like to settle down with this company. I take direction well and love to learn. As long as I am growing professionally, there is no reason for me to make a move. How long do you think I will be happy here?"

9.Have you done the best work you are capable of doing?
"I'm proud of my professional achievement to date, but I believe the best is yet to come. I am always motivated to give my best efforts, and in this job there are always opportunities to contribute when you stay alert."

10.How long would it take you to make a contribution to our company?
Answer this with a question. "To help me answer, what do you anticipate my responsibilities will be for the first six or seven months?"

11.What would you like to be doing 5 years from now?
The safest answer contains a desire to be regarded as a true professional and team player. As far as a promotion, that depends on finding a manager with whom you can grow. Ask what opportunities exist within the company before being more specific.

12.What are your qualifications?
Notice the importance of understanding the current projects and therefore the problems that need to be tackled. Then use the appropriate value keys from all four categories tied in with relevant skills and achievements.

13.What are your biggest accomplishments?
Keep answers job related; a number of achievements should spring to mind.
